Can you feel that intense pull?

If you have been having random painful or pressurized headaches and random pain in your tailbone area there may be a metaphysical reason.

Virgo energy asks us to “get our shit together”, make a plan and turn our dreams into reality.

It is typical to feel lots of pressure in your root and third eye chakra during this time.

The reason for this is because the root chakra is all about safety and stability while the third eye is about dreams and visions.

For the root chakra-

If you are feeling intense pain or pressure in your tailbone area ask yourself, “Do I feel stuck in life, work, relationship, with myself?” or “How can I face my fears and make a plan to achieve my goals?”

If we have been to go with the flow or spontaneous there is an ask to balance that energy with some practicality.

You might get little pings of pain in your tailbone area to try to get you to slow down, listen, ground yourself.

How would you know?

Well take some time to get into a cozy space, put some music on, grab a drink or an herb and pen/paper. Get to budgeting, planning, mapping journaling and the little pings should subside.

If we have been too practical and stuck in the past or routine we are asked to face our fears and move forward with the calling that is in our hearts.

You will probably feel a painful stuck like feeling in your tailbone area that you can’t breathe or stretch out of.

You are being asked to physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually move forward.

How would you know?

Seek counsel, talk to a friend, get your dreams out on paper, make a list of everything from your past you are grateful for but ready to leave behind and make a list of all the wonderful new ideas and plans you want to welcome in and explore.

For the third eye chakra-

If you have been getting random headaches or experiencing lots of pressure in your forehead area this is an ask to get creative and visualize your new life.

How would you know?

When you get cozy and start dreaming and making your plans this too should subside.

There are no right or wrongs when dreaming. No matter how crazy or out there your dream may be it is calling to you for a reason. It doesn’t mean you have to make it a reality right now, but it is asking for you to pay attention, listen, write it out, trust in divine timing, and move in that direction.

That is how the root and the third eye are connected to the Virgo energy. A balance between dreaming and reality, fear and inspiration, movement and intuition.

Yes, there are breathing techniques, yoga, energy hand placements you can do to help bring awareness and life back into your body.

However, in all honesty it’s bigger than that right now. You are being asked to map, plan, create, design, build and let go of the past.

Perfectionism-let the imperfections of a plan or dream make your eyes twitch but don't let that hold you back.

Remember energy stored in the body wants to be released. The only way to release it is to realize it's there. Honor the pain, love the pain, talk to the pain and shift mentally, emotionally and physically and watch the pain release.

March is a magical manifesting month, so there is no coincidence that the Virgo energy is asking us to make our dreams a reality.
