When an anxiety disorder meets an eating disorder it can be a harsh reality.

When at the end of each day all of your hard mental, emotional and physical work you put into researching, watching, practicing everything “healthy” has left you more irritable, more stressed, more fatigued, more discouraged and sitting with depression/anxiety.

Now I’m not here to bash effective marketing because as adults it is our job to tap in and ask ourselves, “can i afford this?” “Do I need this?” “Would this help me?”


And sometimes trial and error has to happen. 


But sometimes it’s actually a disorder taking over our lives and no matter how hard we try feeling happy, healthy and relaxed alludes us.


People with ADHD tend to suffer the most from this chronic pain(maybe I need to workout), food aversion(I can never find healthy foods I like so I binge carbs and junk food), forgetfulness(I forgot I bought all those supplements), body dysmorphia(never feeling healthy or good enough).

Relaxation comes in many forms which is why most people self-medicate but once we identify the root issue you can mindfully relax and feel the benefits relaxation has to offer.
